Engine Altitude Conditions Simulator
It is an innovative machine that allows to test internal combustion engines in a wide range of ambient conditions, from sea level up to 5500 m altitude. The system can perform any kind of stationary or transient test thank to a very fast and reliable regulation system, able to maintain the set pressure level in any engine working condition simulating also climbing or down hill roads.
Chassis-Dyno for light and medium duty vehicles
The roller bench has been designed of use with light vehicles (cars and industrial vehicles up to 5500 kg), and is the single roller type with a diameter of 48 inches (1219.2 mm) and is therefore suitable for the measurement of emissions and performance.
Constant volume sampler
The system allows to sample and to dilute the exhaust gas generated by diesel or spark-ignition engines. The exhaust is diluted with filtered air (HEPA filters) in order to reduce its temperature and to avoid, at the same time, water condensation. A pump generates and maintains constant the diluted gas flow rate; this method allows to optimize the dilution factor in order to better control the temperature and the pollutant gases concentration and makes the system usable for a wide range of engines.

Blow-by Meters
The system is compact, easy to use and versatile. With user selectable ranges from 4 to 400 LPM it will cover most Blow By requirements. Analogue output, selectable range and display are standard features. The sensor utilises vortex shedding technology which is solid state and enables the meter to be both small and light. The meter incorporates oil separation and damping volumes and is easy to install and connect to the hose from the engine.
NOx Analyser
It is a versatile NOx, Lambda and O2 analyser ideal for the development of diesel, lean burn, HCCI and gas turbine engines. The system is remarkably compact and is suited for both dynamometer and in-vehicle applications. With six analogue outputs, CAN, USB, and RS232 communication.
Online Process Mass Spectrometer
The System is based on the Ion Molecule Reaction (IMR) mass spectrometer principle. Unlike others, the IMR mass spectrometry offers a unique fast response time, a wide dynamic range, selective measurements and lowest detection limits.
Towing Dynamometer
We have been designing towing dynamometers for car and truck manufacturers around the world for the last 30 years! From light passenger cars to heavy commercial truck vehicles, we have done it all. Our towing dynamometer uses eddy current absorbers built with special high temperature coils to absorb energy. The towing dynamometer is powered by an industrial generator instead of batteries. Therefore, there are no leaky batteries to charge and testing is unlimited at low speeds.
Racing Data logger
We offer usual datarecording products such as dataloggers, CAN-modules, display, sensors and more.Data logger record analog, digital and CAN signals. Depending on the model the loggers have adittional features as GPS, acceleration sensors, CAN-inputs, digital inputs or calculation channels. Also WiFi connection module are available.
Multi-Channel Data Acquisition
Our multi-purpose, multi-channel data acquisition system are designed to meet the special requirements of mobile testing. They comprise programmable amplifiers and anti-aliasing filters for nearly all sensor types commonly in use, as well as flexible interfaces for analog and digital signals of all kinds. It is designed as a modular front-end system for a PC which is able to send and receive data over up to 1024 channels simultaneously with a programmable sampling rate.
Telemetry System for Brake Testing
Telemetry systems are not yet a standard in brake testing today. However, for the test engineer, they reduce the tooling times, wiring effort and susceptibility to wear of slip ring systems. Telemetry Steering Wheel
The telemetry steering wheels are specially designed for experiments regarding endurance, comfort and handling by measuring steering torque, steering angle and angular speed. As an option, the steering angle acceleration and linear accelerations in all three directions on the end of the steering column can be measured ? e.g. for vibration analysis. For driving experiments, the vehicle steering wheel is substituted by the measuring steering wheel with integrated sensors and electronics. Special adapter shafts, available for most vehicles, enable easy, quick and precise installation.
